30th of May, 2017, on a trip back to visit a volunteer project in Vietnam, Mr. Dough Miller – founder of European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA) and his wife had an informal meeting with representatives of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) and Centre for Social Initiatives Promotions Vietnam (CSIP).
Mr. Doug Miller – a global investor, spends his time to connect thousand individuals, organizations to philanthropic projects through European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), Asia Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) and the latest network of African Venture Philanthropy. This network supports and promotes the flow of funds, human resources and knowledge among members, contributing to the development of the community and society.

In the meeting, VSF shared its vision, mission and philanthropic projects that VSF had done so far, as well as its contribution to Vietnamese stature, for a mighty Vietnam.
Mr. Doug Miller expressed his appreciation for VSF’s mission and vision and supported VSF’s joining with AVPN, which brings more opportunities to learn and share experiences, as well as to capture fundraising opportunities with global organizations. He was also looking forward to having VSF in the network to share its experience with other members.
