Officially meeting and cooperating with Hagar International

Hagar’s representatives including Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Cases Management Manager, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen - Cases Management Officer, Ms. Pham Thi Ngan - Financial and Human Resources Manager have joined in this meeting.

According to the agreement of both sides, besides the living sponsorship of the “Scarlet Sails” project, Chi will receive other sponsorships from Hagar to help her with the speedy mental recovery and daily life integration. VSF and Hagar will regularly update and discuss Chi's case (at least 3 times a month).

Moreover, both organizations also will discuss other opportunities in order to solve the common concern about preventing sexual abuse from children.

Hagar International is an international non-governmental organization protecting, supporting and recovering women and children who are the victims of people trafficking, family violence and sexual abuse. In the first activity of “Scarlet Sails”. VSF has coordinated with Hagar to sponsor a 12 year-old girl who is the victim of sexual abuse.

“Scarlet Sails” project initiated by VSF in 2020 has the vision about connecting and mobilizing society resources to support and nurture the dreams of vulnerable or sexually abused children. This is the journey of dreams, happiness and peace!
