"Environmental communication skills" is a training session within the framework of the project "Youth for the environment" of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF). The purpose is to provide basic knowledge about the environment as well as human impacts on the environment, train skills to produce news, articles on the environment, and communicate on social media.

This weekend, VSF will organize a training course on "Environmental communication skills" for 18-35-years-old people who want to do practical actions for the environment. In 2 days, participants will be trained:

Basic environmental knowledge, awareness, and behavior of consumers related to plastic waste
State and consequences of environmental pollution in general and plastic waste pollution in particular in Vietnam
The skills to produce news, articles
Media trends and modern forms of communication
Skills and principles in communication
Social media management and development skills
Communication planning skills

Besides improving knowledge and skills, youngsters can meet experts in the field of environment, journalism, and communication. Moreover, you also have the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 20 million VND when participating in the "Initiative for the environment".
