Project “For Mother and Baby - For Vietnamese Stature” is ready for the fifth stage

In the afternoon of March 23, 2021, in Bac Ninh, the representative of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) and DKT International had a meeting with Bac Ninh Labor Federation to discuss the implementation of the fifth stage of the project in industrial zones of Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, Bac Ninh Labor Federation had become the official partner to implement the fifth stage of the project. DKT International, Golden Choice, Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company and TH Group continue to be financial and gift sponsors.
The fifth stage of this project continues to maintain the fourth stage’s activities, including training on information provision for key staff, communication for employees, and knowledge contest.
Examination and counseling for reproductive health for female workers will also be continued after being suspended in the fourth stage.
Especially, this the first time training on life skills and reproductive health care for children of workers and will be carried out.

Project “For Mother and Baby - For Vietnamese Stature”, which is VSF’s a large and long-term project, belongs to the program "Health care for women in reproductive age" and has been implemented since 2017. By the end of 2020, the project has been implemented in 4 stages in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc and Hai Phong with 13,358 beneficiaries.
The activities of the project includes: Training for the core team, direct communication at the factory, examination and counseling for reproductive health, training for children of workers, social marketing of contraception, and reproductive health care by app.
