Sharing from Mrs. Le Thi Huyen - Principal of Chau Hoi Ethnic Day-boarding school

 This is the sharing from  Mrs. Le Thi Huyen, Principal of Chau Hoi Ethnic  Day-boarding school in  Quy Chau district, Nghe An province, after attending the "Positive Discipline" training course. This training course provided participants with basic knowledge about positive discipline and the practical methods through group discussions on real-life situations.

 The training course was a resounding success with participants giving positive feedback. They shared their commitment to nurturing children with confidence and positivity, respecting and listening to them, and creating a warm and empathetic learning environment. They also emphasized the importance of preventing physical and mental violence towards children and treating all students fairly. 

 Mrs. Huyen's expressed her desire for positive discipline to continue beyond the training session. Her goal is to train more teachers to effectively apply the method, creating positive and welcoming classrooms for both teachers and students.
