VSF is pleased to announce that Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Trang - VSF’s Director has become one of the female Leaders of the Global Change Leaders Program. The program includes a training course in Canada from July to August 2022, and 6 months of online training with leading development experts and the opportunity to join the Network of Leaders around the world.

The Global Change Leaders Program of the International Centre for Women's Leadership at Coady International Institute is a program for women leaders from developing countries to enhance their leadership towards a society where no one is left behind.

As VSF’s Director, Ms. Trang is regarded as a young leader who is enthusiastic about community activities during her 8 years of running VSF. Under her leadership, VSF has implemented many programs, activities, and projects that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the goals of education, health, equity, and sustainable development.

Founded by the University of St. Francis Xavier in 1959, Coady International Institute is a world-renowned center for leadership education and community development. The institute inspires leadership and collaborative efforts to address challenges, explore opportunities, and create sustainable development at the community level.
