For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is pleased to announce that, after nearly one month of sales, the Connection card has raised enough funds to cover the first year of living expenses for Mua Thi Nay*, an 11 years old girl from Dien Bien who experienced sexual abuse.
As of today, September 29, 228 Connection card sets have been sold, generating VND 19,553,280 in profit. Of this amount, VND 12,000,000 will be used to provide Nay with VND 1,000,000 per month from October 2026 to September 2027. The remaining VND 7,553,280 will be set aside for the second year of sponsorship.
During the card sales period, VSF also worked with the Foundation for Community Development of Đien Bien province (FCD) to complete the necessary procedures so that the sponsorship could begin in October. Previously, FCD had also supported Nay’s emotional well-being through creative activities, while helping her learn life skills and self protection skills.
In addition, with funding from Le Nam tailor shop, VSF also gave Nay a bicycle worth VND 2,750,000 to make her journey to school a little easier.
VSF sincerely thanks everyone who chose the Connection card and contributed to giving Nây better conditions for daily life and education in the coming year. The Connection card will continue to be sold to raise funds for her second year of sponsorship. VSF hopes to continue receiving your support and, together, provide Nây with another source of support as she grows.
