When financial worries are shared, the school gates open wide for a Mong ethnic girl

The support was provided before the Lunar New Year, helping the family feel at peace while preparing for Ly's educational journey. On February 22, Ly returned to school and began her new semester with a more steadfast mindset, backed by the financial support from donors through VSF.

Sharing emotionally upon receiving the first month's sponsorship, Ly’s father said: “Our family would like to express our gratitude to the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, the Anh Duong House Dien Bien and the Dien Bien Fund for Community Development and the donors who have supported us. With this sponsorship, we no longer have to struggle each month to cover Ly’s school and living expenses. Ly will live in better conditions and we can focus on working to provide for our children at home.”
