Groundbreaking ceremony of 20 “Restrooms for children” in Lao Cai

On February 15th 2022, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), TH Group, BAC A BANK, Vietnam Volunteer Center as part of Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) collaborated with Lao Cai Provincial HCYU organized a groundbreaking ceremony of 20 “Restrooms for children” in 3 districts: Bat Xat, Si Ma Cai and Bac Ha.
This is the next activity under the project of constructing 1000 restrooms in schools belonging to the program’s framework "Wishes for Children"- a program to call for the cooperation of the whole society to aid students and teachers in mountainous schools that lack facilities across the country.
The total expense to construct 20 restrooms is 1.1 billion VND (55 million VND per restroom) and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2023.
When restrooms are put into use, these things will help students have a safer and cleaner environment. This condition also helps students improve their health and study without worries.
On the occasion of the ceremony, HCYU of Bat Xat District had presented 564 glasses of milk to students at A Mu Sung Semi - Boarding High and Secondary School.
