Just 10 minutes of light exercise can boost memory by 10-30%, according to a scientific study published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine

The study, conducted on different age groups from kindergarten to university, showed a common result: after short physical activities, participants' memory and thinking abilities improved significantly.

Why does exercise have a positive impact on the brain? → When the body moves, blood and oxygen flow to the brain increases, stimulating the prefrontal cortex – the part responsible for focus, thinking, planning, and organization. This is why physical activity helps children stay alert, concentrate better, and learn more effectively.

Incorporating movement into learning not only enhances focus, memory, and flexible thinking but also improves physical health, social skills, and emotional well-being.

Understanding the importance of physical activity in children's overall development, in February, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) will organize a physical education and school sports training session for students at Ha Son Primary School, Ha Son commune, Quy Hop district, Nghe An province. This training is part of the "Happy School" project, which aims to improve access to quality education for students in mountainous areas through integrated solutions. The project seeks to enhance education and training quality, contributing to Vietnam's National Target Programs and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
