Impressive figures from the Happy School project

During the 2023-2024 school year, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) implemented the Happy School project at Chau Hoi Ethnic Semi-boarding Primary School, Quy Chau District, Nghe An Province. The project has provided comprehensive equipments support and enhance the capacity of teachers and students.

380 million VND was invested in building new kitchens and bathrooms, enabling Chau Hoi Ethnic Semi-boarding Primary School to offer semi-boarding activity to students in the 2023-2024 school year.

19 training sessions and 1 communication workshop were held for students and teachers, covering skills such as visual communication through drawing, wall newspapers; gender equality for students; and positive, gender-sensitive discipline in teaching.

20 scholarships worth 60 million VND were awarded to disadvantaged students.

5,256 books worth 250 million VND were donated to 15 primary schools in Quỳ Châu District, promoting a reading culture among 5,717 students in the district.

VSF sincerely thanks the volunteers and sponsors from TH Group and BAC A BANK for accompanying the project throughout the year, providing students with more learning opportunities, bringing a new look to the school, and improving the quality of education.

The Happy School project is a long-term initiative by VSF, launched in the 2022-2023 school year in Lao Cai and Son La provinces. In the 2023-2024 school year, the project continues to bring meaningful activities to Nghe An Province with the support of TH Group and BAC A BANK. The project is a comprehensive solution to help improve infrastructure and enhance the capacity of teachers and students in schools in disadvantaged areas. This is one of the continued efforts of the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation to contribute to the National Target Programs and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
