Inaugurate 17 “Restrooms for children” in Bac Kan

On June 7th, 2023, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), TH Group, BAC A BANK, Vietnam Volunteer Center, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee, in collaboration with Bac Kan Provincial Youth Union, and the local authorities held the Inauguration Ceremony of 17 “Restrooms for children” at Van Tung Primary School, Van Tung Commune, Ngan Son District, Bac Kan Province.

The event had the participation of Mr. Pham Duy Hung, Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, and Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Nguyet, Principal of Van Tung Primary School, and the representatives of related parties.

This is the next activity of the project building 1,000 school restrooms within the framework of "Wishes for Children" program, a program calling for the cooperation of society to support students and teachers in difficult, remote and ethnic minority areas.

On this occasion, TH Group, VSF and BAC A BANK presented 1,200 glasses of fresh milk to students of Van Tung Primary School.

In 2023, the project will implement the construction of 66 restrooms in Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Bac Kan; among those, 10 restrooms in Tuyen Quang have finished the construction. It is expected that from now until the end of 2023, VSF will continue to cooperate with HCYU Central Committee to complete the construction of restrooms in Hoa Binh and Son La.
