“Be brave enough to step out of your comfort zone and try the things you are not yet good at.“Even if you fail, start again from zero. If you don’t start from zero, you cannot move forward.”“Always keep positive energy, love, and a spirit of sharing.”

These are some of the messages shared by the volunteers of the “Scarlet sails” project after their 5-month journey.

For them, the five months as volunteers for “Scarlet sails” was not only about supporting a project, but also a journey of learning to understand, to love, and to affirm themselves confidently. From initial shyness and anxiety, each of them has grown into a brave “sailor,” ready to step out of their comfort zone and embrace new challenges.

From those experiences, they hope to spread the spirit of “daring to begin” and “living positively” to other young people.
