  • Law on the Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence;

  • Law on the Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking;

  • Law on Gender Equality;

  • Government Resolution No. 28/NQ-CP dated 3 March 2021 on the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the period 2021–2030; the Programme on Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence 2021–2025; and the Communication Programme on Gender Equality through 2030;

  • Decree No. 125/2021/ND-CP dated 28 December 2021 stipulating administrative penalties in the field of gender equality, replacing Decree No. 55/2009/ND-CP;
