Mrs. Nguyen Thi Don's family has been living in extremely difficult circumstances. Mrs. Don was born in 1962, mentally ill, unable to walk, and now lives with her 93-year-old mother. All of Mr. Don's activities, meals and hygiene are taken care of by her mother. They live in a dilapidated, cramped house, only about 10 m2, with peeling walls and quite dangerous, especially when the rainy season is approaching.

The house will be newly built on an area of 30m2, roofed with corrugated iron and tiled floor with a total value of over VND 100 million. In which, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and VSF supported VND 25 million, An Duong Women's Union supported VND 5 million, Quoc Tuan Commune People's Committee supported VND 10 million. The rest is contributed by people in Mrs. Don family and in the village. It is expected that the house will be inaugurated in August 2019

Also, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and VSF supported VND 25 million to build a charity house for Mrs. Doan Thi Thom's family in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City. Mrs. Thom and her husband are both born deaf and mute. They are taking care of their 87-year-old mother with paralysis and a daughter in 7th grade. The house is degraded and collapsed but the family cannot afford to rebuild.
