Speaking at the event, Ms. Tran Hong Diep, Director of VSF, shared: “We believe that sustainable change always begins with the most fundamental needs of daily life, from access to clean water and sanitation conditions to healthcare and educational opportunities for children. To achieve this, close collaboration among local authorities, social organizations, businesses, and the community is essential. We highly appreciate the close cooperation and strong spirit of partnership from the People’s Committee of Mo Rai Commune in implementing these meaningful activities.”

With the companionship of TH Group, in 2026, VSF will support the construction of two drilled wells to provide clean water for nearly 1,000 residents, helping address severe water shortages, particularly during the dry season in KDin Village and Kenh Village.
The supporting organizations will also provide mosquito-spraying equipment to help local residents prevent disease outbreaks, while sponsoring living expenses for 10 primary school students facing difficult circumstances. These efforts aim to support students in continuing their education and create a long-term foundation for improving local human resource quality. The total value of support activities amounts to VND 300 million.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Pham Quang Thang, Vice Chairman of the Commune People’s Committee, highly appreciated the support from participating organizations and stated: “These meaningful contributions provide motivation for local residents to develop their livelihoods and encourage students facing difficult circumstances to strive for academic success.”

Previously, in January, TH Group also supported Mo Rai Commune with five computers and seven printers worth a total of VND 100 million for villages across the commune, supporting local digital transformation efforts in line with Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo.
Mo Rai is also the location where TH Group is implementing its High-Tech Dairy Farming and Milk Processing Project with a total investment of VND 2.544 trillion, guided by a long-term vision for economic, social, and environmental development. The project is expected to contribute to labor restructuring, improve local incomes, and retain young workers within their hometowns.
Notably, TH Group began recruitment activities in early 2026 to prepare human resources for the project’s operational phase, while also organizing structured training programs in advance to ensure workers are equipped to master the technology once the project becomes operational.
