"Gender equality is achieved when household tasks are fairly distributed based on each person's abilities. Household work is not about helping one another; it is the shared responsibility of both spouses."
"Whether at home or in the workplace, knowing how to respect, share, and connect is the key to promoting gender equality."
These are just two of many insightful statements shared by speakers during the panel discussion "Men leading actions to promote gender equality," held as part of the Let’s Orange 2024 campaign.
During the event, speakers and over 200 attendees engaged in discussions and shared simple, relatable stories on the topic of gender equality, from workplace matters to family life.
