That was the statement of Mr. Cha A Cua - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Son La Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the inauguration ceremony of the De A school site, Chieng Tuong Primary School, Long Phieng commune, Son La province.

Mr. Cha A Cua highly appreciated the companionship of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), the Youth Union of BAC A BANK, and other organizations in supporting the locality to build a school site with full facilities, including 2 classrooms, a closed restroom area, a playground, a water supply system, and an access road, contributing to improving learning conditions for the students.

He also shared that up to 80% of the province's area is mountainous, and the poverty rate remains high, especially in ethnic minority areas along the border. Therefore, projects like the De A school site have practical significance in improving the quality of education.

Mr. Cha A Cua encouraged the locality and the school to make effective use of the facilities, while expressing hope for continued support from the community to further develop infrastructure, especially in disadvantaged border communes like Long Phieng.
